Note:  Your printer or fax machine must be reset after you install a new drum.  Your printer or fax machine will not recognize that a new drum has been installed until it has been reset.

Laser Printer

1. Replace the drum unit and keep the cover open on the machine with the power on.
2. Hold the “Go” button until all four lights on the machine are lit.
3. Close the cover.
4. Counter is reset.

Fax Machines

1. Replace the drum unit and keep the cover open on the machine with the power on.
2. Press “Clear/Back” button.
3. Press “1”.
4. When display shows “accepted” close the cover and the counter has been reset.
